Q: What if I miss one day when using my Tea?

A: Don’t worry, missing one day won’t ruin your progress. Just continue as it is suggested.

Q: I have placed an order - what's next and when will I receive my products?

A: As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation so you can be sure the payment was successful.

After your order was successful, we will start putting your products together. This might take 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). Once the parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive another notification E-Mail including your tracking number. Please note that it might take 24-48 hours until your tracking link gets active!
